3.1 Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the jlpj platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein.

3.4 You must notify jlpj immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. jlpj may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported security incident.
4.1 jlpj accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jlpj reserves the right to amend accepted payment methods and minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
4.2 All funds deposited into your jlpj Wallet must be derived from a legitimate source. By making a deposit, you represent and warrant that the funds are not proceeds of any criminal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity.
4.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the jlpj Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of offer, including wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible games. In the event of conflict between specific promotion terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may only be converted to withdrawable funds upon fulfilment of the applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawing real-money balances before bonus wagering requirements are met may result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds.
5.3 jlpj reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional award where jlpj has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has abused or attempted to abuse any bonus offer, or where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect award.
5.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly. Bonuses are available to one Account per household, IP address, or shared device.

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlpj's total liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the Services — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.2 jlpj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment, arising out of or in connection with the use of the jlpj platform.
9.3 jlpj does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party service interruptions may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Services.
The collection, use, and protection of your personal data by jlpj is governed by the jlpj Privacy Policy, available at jlpj.org/privacy-policy. By using the jlpj platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. In the event of conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy on matters relating to personal data, the Privacy Policy shall prevail.
11.1 jlpj is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential harm associated with problem gambling. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options to all registered Players.

12.1 jlpj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where: (a) the Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) jlpj has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (c) the Account holder has become ineligible to use the platform; or (d) jlpj is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
12.2 Upon closure of an Account for reasons attributable to the Player (such as fraud or Terms violation), jlpj may withhold any balance in the Account pending investigation. Where closure is not attributable to Player misconduct, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the most recent verified payment method.
12.3 You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting jlpj support via Live Chat. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
jlpj reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to Players via the email address registered to their Account or through a prominent notice on the jlpj platform, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' notice before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the jlpj platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the jlpj platform shall first be referred to jlpj's customer support team for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.3 Nothing in this clause shall prevent jlpj from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
